Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing My Health Journals.

Because our journals are carefully prepared and shipped through our fulfillment partner, all sales are considered final. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered in good condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Photos showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution. If a replacement is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged products must be returned within 7 business days of receiving return instructions.

Changes to Orders

Because orders are processed quickly, we are unable to accommodate:

  • Changes to journal cover selections
  • Shipping address changes after an order has been placed
  • Order cancellations once processing has begun

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping

Most in-stock products are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days, often sooner.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available by the shipping carrier.

Third-Party Retailers

If your My Health Journals product was purchased through an authorized third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding returns, exchanges, or damaged products. If additional assistance is required, the retailer may contact us on your behalf.
