About the Presenter
Shelley McLellan, LPN, is the Executive Director and Co-Creator of My Health Journals.
With over fourteen years of nursing experience in acute care, home care, long-term care, dementia care, palliative care, mental health, and community nursing, Shelley has spent her career helping individuals and families navigate complex healthcare journeys.
Her professional experience, combined with her own experience as a family caregiver during a prolonged medical crisis, inspired the creation of My Health Journal. A practical resource designed to improve communication, organization, and patient advocacy.
