About the Presenter

Shelley McLellan, LPN, is the Executive Director and Co-Creator of My Health Journals.

With over fourteen years of nursing experience across acute care, home care, long-term care, dementia care, palliative care, mental health, and community nursing, Shelley has spent her career supporting individuals, caregivers, and families as they navigate complex healthcare journeys.

Her professional experience, combined with her personal experience as a family caregiver during a prolonged medical crisis, inspired the creation of My Health Journal, a practical paper health journal designed to help individuals and caregivers organize important health information, improve communication, and become more confident advocates in their healthcare journey.
